WBS3D
WBS3D is a methodology developed from the synthesis and improvement of methods, tools and processes used in large engineering and information technology companies with international operations.
Conceived as a hybrid methodology, it incorporates adaptive characteristics, allowing the management of projects with more predictive or more agile trends, without one approach compromising the performance of the other.

Dimensions
The fundamental dimensions of the scope are the basis of the methodology and structure the entire chain of management processes.
Oriented to integrate predictive and agile aspects into the methods, the dimensions provide a way to incorporate planning stages in accordance with the degree of maturity and the phase in which the project is within its life cycle.
1st Dimension
Project
Represents the project, structured organizationally and analytically. This dimension offers a structured view of all project deliverables. It is a hierarchical decomposition that establishes the completeness of the scope at different levels of deliverables, covering all parts in a coherent and unambiguous manner.
2nd Dimension
Product
This dimension represents the product, sized in delivery packages. It encompasses all the smallest deliverables of the project product. These packages consist of specifications and characteristics, represented by a unique, identifiable and functional element. This dimension corresponds to the static part of the deliverable.
3rd Dimension
Stages
This dimension consists of the activities necessary to carry out the delivery. Defines the stages of package execution and corresponds to the effort required to deliver the product or by-product. It covers the dynamic part of the deliverable, incorporating all execution techniques and technologies established in the scope.
